Mox Design is aclient focused architectural design practice, with a strong focus on residential design and documentation. We are located in the Flat Bush area, and work across the greater Auckland area, and further a field.

We specialise in working with those people who are looking to build the family home, and need a high level of service and input to suit their requirements. We recognise the homeowner client requires a high level of service through the design and Building Consent documentation process and we offer the necessary specialist skills and service to support this.

We also work with the 'investor/developer' clients who are compliance and numbers focused, requiring a 'low-touch' approach. The 'investor/developer' client, through their industry involvement, make fewer changes to the plans, requiring less explanation of detail, but require the same level of delivery.

Due to the differences in these two groups of clients, we are able to provide a level of service that fits with their needs, and this is reflected in the fees charged.

Terry Cheng, the director of Mox Design, has more than 15 years experience in the design sector of the building industry, and has established a strong reputation amongst his peers, and the many happy clients he has had the privilege to work with.

MOX DESIGN has recently moved to the new office located at Unit 2, 1 Bishop Dunn Place, East Tamaki.A bright and modern place designed by the principle of MOX, Terry Cheng.
